During the COVID-19 outbreak all Mechtric branches continue to be open and able to service our customers requirements.

We have however taken steps to protect our staff and customers from infection and help with the containment of the virus.

All recommended hygiene and social distancing protocols are being observed in our offices.

Some sales and support staff are working from home, however all are contactable by phone and email.

Customer calls by our sales people are currently suspended unless specifically requested.

We currently have good stock levels and our supply chains are operating. We are however experiencing some delays with incoming goods due to transport issues from some countries. In most cases these delays are in the vicinity of 7-10 days.
