Delivery & Collection

Clear, practical guidance for receiving or collecting your order — and the quickest way to tell us when something is not right.

Service information. This page explains our service process. It does not create or vary the terms applying to an order. Any account, quotation or order-specific terms continue to apply. Nothing limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
01

Confirm the arrangement

Use the delivery or collection details confirmed for your specific order.

02

Wait for collection advice

Please do not travel to a branch until our team confirms the order is ready.

03

Report an issue promptly

Keep the goods and packaging, take photos and contact us with the order details.

Confirming delivery

Delivery arrangements are confirmed for each order. Destination, product availability, size, weight, handling needs and site access can affect the carrier and the arrangement that is suitable.

  • Check the delivery address and contact name on your order documents.
  • Tell us about restricted access, receiving hours or unloading requirements.
  • Use your quotation or order confirmation as the record of any agreed freight arrangement or charge.
  • Ask our team for the current availability and delivery estimate before making dependent site arrangements.
Order-specific information comes first. If this general guidance differs from an arrangement confirmed for your order, contact us before dispatch or collection.

Dispatch and tracking

We arrange freight in line with the confirmed order, or work with the collection or carrier arrangement agreed with you. Some products need special handling because of their size, weight or construction; our team will confirm this when it applies.

Where a carrier provides tracking or consignment details, ask our team for those details. Carrier timing can change after dispatch, so contact us if the delivery does not match the information provided.

Branch collection

Please wait until a Mechtric team member confirms that your order is ready. When collecting, bring the order or reference number and be ready to confirm the customer, company and authorised collector details.

If another person or carrier will collect for you, tell the branch in advance so the handover can be checked and prepared.

Damaged, missing or incorrect goods

Contact us as soon as you identify damage, a shortage or an incorrect item. Prompt information helps us check the dispatch record and work out the right next step.

What to send us

  • your order, invoice or delivery reference;
  • the affected product and quantity;
  • clear photos of the goods, labels and packaging where relevant; and
  • a short description of what you received and what you expected.

Keep the goods and packaging while we assess the issue. Do not install or continue using an item that appears damaged, incorrect or unsafe.
