Mechtric Pty Ltd supplies industrial automation and electrical products to customers across Australia. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply.

What we collect

Service providers and overseas processing
We use service providers including Odoo for our website and business systems, Microsoft for communications and productivity services, and Google for reCAPTCHA and, when enabled, website analytics. Those providers may process or store personal information in Australia and overseas.
Depending on the service and its configuration, overseas locations may include Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Canada, the United States and other countries in which those providers or their subprocessors operate. Provider locations and infrastructure can change over time.

Website, cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies needed for functions such as session management, preferences and security. Forms may use Google reCAPTCHA to help distinguish genuine submissions from abuse.
When Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is enabled, we use it to measure traffic and understand how visitors move through and use the website. GA4 may use cookies or online identifiers and collect interaction and technical information. We configure GA4 for analytics, without Google advertising features or advertising personalisation, and do not intend to send names, email addresses or other direct identifiers to GA4.
You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the website work.
Security and retention
