The MU110 from SITI is a heavy-frame motorised worm gearbox built on a 110 mm centre-distance housing with direct PAM motor flange, delivering reliable speed reduction for heavy-duty industrial applications.
- 70/1 ratio — deep reduction delivering strong torque gain and slow output for conveying and positioning duty
- Input: PAM 24/200 flange — direct-mount for IEC 90B5 (1.5–2.2 kW)
- Hollow-bore output — shaft-mounts directly on the driven machine, saving installation space and cost
- Case-hardened steel worm running against a bronze worm wheel — quiet, self-lubricating, low-maintenance operation
- Self-locking output at this ratio — strong load-holding when the motor is de-energised
- Aluminium housing keeps weight low while preserving rigidity for heavy-duty industrial applications
