The Ni8-M18S-NE from Elco Automation is a standard-size inductive proximity sensor in M18 threaded cylindrical housing, providing detection at up to 8mm.
- 8mm switching distance with non-flush mounting — a clear zone around the sensing face is required to reach full range
- NAMUR output on 7.7–9VDC supply
- 500Hz switching frequency — suits fast-response presence detection and part counting
- Hardwired PVC cable 2m — suitable for permanent or fixed mounting
- Nickel-plated brass M18 × 40mm housing — robust in metal-rich and mildly aggressive plant environments
