SM series motor protection circuit breakers
The Lovato SM series motor protection circuit breakers offer comprehensive and modernized protection for electric motors across the full spectrum of industrial requirements. Spanning rated currents from 0.1 A to 100 A, the SM series includes three compact frame sizes, SM1 (up to 40 A), SM2 (34-63 A), and SM3 (55-100 A), with a choice of pushbutton or rotary knob operation depending on model. These breakers are ideal for safeguarding motors against overloads, short circuits, and phase failures with integrated thermal and magnetic protection features.
Equipped with a rated insulation voltage of 690 V and phasefailure sensitivity, the SM series supports Type 2 coordination with contactors and is wellsuited for demanding installations.
