About ReeR
ReeR was established in 1959 in Turin, Italy, initially distributing industrial, lighting and home automation components. From the mid-1970s the company developed its first safety sensors, followed by its first safety light curtains, and its Safety Division is now one of the main manufacturers of optoelectronic sensors and controllers for industrial safety worldwide.
The ReeR Safety Division operates subsidiaries in Spain, the United States, China, Taiwan, Korea and India, plus a country manager in France, supported by a network of distributors serving more than 65 countries. ReeR's quality management system has been ISO 9001 certified since 1998, with subsequent ISO 14001 (environmental) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety) certifications.
