Starting with a standalone Master unit, the system supports up to 14 plugin expansion modules, enabling flexible configuration and future upgrades. Mosaic monitors a wide range of safety devices regardless of brand, all from a single controller. Key features include 24VDC operation, DINrail mounting, and support for the highest safety levels (SIL 3, PL e, Cat. 4).

Easytouse graphic configuration software (MSD) is included as standard, providing draganddrop logic creation, simulation, and secure USB based setup.
