The Mosaic system is a modular, expandable safety controller designed to manage all safety functions of machinery and plants. Starting with a stand-alone Master unit, the system supports up to 14 plug-in expansion modules, enabling flexible configuration and future upgrades. Mosaic monitors a wide range of safety devices regardless of brand, all from a single controller. Key features include 24VDC operation, DIN-rail mounting, and support for the highest safety levels (SIL 3, PL e, Cat. 4).
Easy-to-use graphic configuration software (MSD) is included as standard, providing drag-and-drop logic creation, simulation, and secure USB-based setup. Mosaic delivers a tamper-proof, compact safety solution that reduces wiring, panel space, and commissioning time—ideal for both new builds and retrofits.
