ADXT series heavy-duty soft starters
The Lovato ADXT series soft starters are engineered for demanding applications that require high starting torque and enhanced durability. Designed with three-phase control and rated for operational voltages from 380 to 690 VAC, they are ideal for heavy loads such as crushers, vertical conveyors, and screw compressors. An integrated or internal bypass contactor reduces power dissipation by disabling thyristors after startup, minimizing heat and energy waste.
These starters support advanced features including emergency mode, Power Through for starting with a damaged thyristor, scheduled starts via internal RTC, jog function, and event logging. They can be installed in traditional in-line or inside-delta configurations, allowing for downsized starter selection and easy retrofit of star-delta systems. With auxiliary voltage inputs of 110–120 or 220–240 VAC, the ADXT series delivers robust control, flexibility, and cost-efficient integration in high-performance industrial setups.
