The I90A from SITI is a larger-frame worm gear reducer built on a 90 mm centre-distance housing, supplied with an output flange (A variant) for bolt-on machine coupling and suited to mid-to-heavy industrial duty.
- 100/1 ratio — very deep reduction producing very high output torque and very slow shaft speed for winch, lift or slow-turn duty
- Aluminium housing with case-hardened steel worm and bronze worm wheel — self-lubricating, quiet running, low maintenance
- Input shaft configuration — couples to any motor type (IEC, NEMA, servo) via belt, chain or direct coupling
- Flanged output (variant A) eliminates the need for a separate coupling — ideal for pump, fan and direct-drive installations
- Self-locking output engaged at this ratio — strong load-holding when de-energised
