The I90FBR from SITI is a larger-frame worm gear reducer built on a 90 mm centre-distance housing, supplied with a flange-mounted housing prepared for brake attachment (FBR variant) and suited to mid-to-heavy industrial duty.
- 60/1 ratio — deep reduction delivering strong torque gain and slow output for high-force conveying and positioning
- Aluminium housing with case-hardened steel worm and bronze worm wheel — self-lubricating, quiet running, low maintenance
- Input shaft configuration — couples to any motor type (IEC, NEMA, servo) via belt, chain or direct coupling
- Flange-mount with brake-ready rear extension (variant FBR) — accepts an electromagnetic brake on the input end for hold/stop applications
- Self-locking output engaged at this ratio — strong load-holding when de-energised
