The U40 from SITI is a light-duty 25:1 worm reducer built on the 40 mm centre-distance worm gear frame and supplied with a standard input shaft for coupling to a separately sourced motor, belt drive or handwheel.
- Fits small augers, turntables, dosing systems and process agitators
- Compact 40 mm aluminium housing with bronze worm wheel and case-hardened steel worm for quiet, self-lubricated running
- Universal mounting: foot, flange (B5/B14) or combined — output hollow bore to suit your driven shaft
- Self-locking output prevents back-driving when the motor is de-energised
- 25/1 reduction — strong torque gain suitable for slow, high-torque conveying and positioning
